How to Create a DoTDirect Account (individuals) To register online, you will need a unique email address as well as your WA driver's license. If you do not have a WA driver's license (or if you just have a car licensed in WA), you may still be eligible to register using option two or three. There are three methods to sign up. You can use one of our automated systems, you can call us at 1-800-DOTDOT (1-800-367-6835), or you can visit any DOT office in the state.
Your email address must be valid and you must have access to it from a computer with internet connection. We also require you to answer some basic questions about yourself before we process your registration. These questions include: what is your date of birth? What is the last name of your spouse/domestic partner? What is the middle initial of your spouse/domestic partner? What is the address of your residence? Are there other vehicles registered in the household? For how long will you be visiting Washington?
You will need to provide information about yourself when registering for a DOT-issued ID card. When you register online, you will be asked to provide a current photo of yourself. You can choose to provide a photo by itself or one with your signature also attached. Both photos should be recent (within six months from today's date).
If you're registering a ProForm product for the first time, you'll need to create an account. You can register items, obtain help, examine warranty information, and purchase extended service plans by creating an account. It only takes a few minutes to set up an account, and it's free.
You can also link an existing Amazon account to use with the ProForm product registration process. If you have an @amazon.com email address, then we can use that to send you important information about your new or registered device.
Finally, you can register products without creating an account. Just click the Register button on the product page, fill out the required information, and select a user name and password for the device.
After registering a product, you'll be taken to a page that shows you any applicable recalls for this model device. If there are any current safety issues associated with this product that we should know about, they will be listed here.

Do I need to file my UK corporation tax return? No. It is not necessary to file a UK corporation tax return if your only presence in the country is through wholly-owned subsidiaries. However, if your company has employees in the UK who work on contract, or if you have owned assets here (such as a house you let out), then you should consider filing a return. There is no charge for filing a return, but we advise that you get advice from a professional accountant before doing so.
